New Menus are created monthly.

Special menus & options for special occasions & holidays will be created.

Items will be available in limited quantities & available until sold out

Payments are due at the time of order and payable by cash, or check.

Also accepted; credit card payment via PayPal, let me know & I will E-Invoice you.

* Groceries/Ingredients:

We use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients. We use organic products and support local growers.

(Except in circumstances where they are not available. Around 75-90% of ingredients are organic.)

Meals are designed with optimum health in mind. By using whole foods we are able to create nutrient & protein dense menus.

We use mainly whole foods that have not been processed [or minimally processed], refined, bleached or enriched.

We will never use animal ingredients, EVER.

Our Food Contains

NO:

* trans fats,

*hydrogenated oils

or

* cholesterol.

We use fresh, dried, or frozen ingredients as much as possible. Occasionally a menu calls for an ingredient that we can only get canned. We will still use the best, organic ingredients available.

Because we cook with fresh ingredients, please allow for variations to your dish.

**Please allow for menu variations, as we shop for fresh ingredients and sometimes have to make subtle changes.

* Container recycle program:

For Local customers at this time only:

We use reusable or recyclable containers. Please rinse containers and place inside your delivery bag as you finish.

We will clean & sterilize all containers before use.

Containers that are not reusable, in most cases, will be recyclable. Please do so; if you don't recycle, return the container/dish to us.

-We will be happy to cook and store items in your containers if you choose.

(Using reusable containers helps up keep the costs lower, and the environment a tad bit cleaner. We are also working on an efficient plan to return shipping boxes and containers.)

* Delivery:

Free Delivery within the Lake George, Florissant, Divide & Woodland Park/Crystola areas.

East of Crystola, to within Colorado Springs city limits,

delivery is $5.00.

Instructions/Ingredient Lists:

Paper work will come with your order and will include this week’s dish reheating instructions.

Occasionally we will include literature (I.e. essays, news or health stories that may be of interest).
